Mission del Sol’s Holiday Boutique is coming together better and faster than we could have hoped for. This is a big event for Congregational Life and is already a money maker for Mission del Sol before the first table has been set up. In order to make this all work, we will need volunteers (You) to support all the various rolls necessary to make an event of this size and nature work.
MdS needs your help for 2 to 3 hours for this event:
- Parking Attendants
- Kitchen Crew for Friday only and several volunteers to make a crockpot of chili
- Cutting tags to assist cashiers
- Packing fragile sales
- Misc. task runner
- Tag and Sales counters
- Door station watchers at 4 locations
- Post Boutique clean-up starting at 4 pm on Saturday

Friday, 11/16 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday, 11/17 from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Starting on Sunday, October 7th, there will be a large Poster Board up in Mission Hall for people to sign up for all the different shifts.
Also, for you shoppers of Costco and Sam’s Club, please save your boxes they put your purchases in or the lids from Copy Paper Boxes you buy at Office Max or Staples. These will be used for customers to put things they are buying as they shop at 30 Booths in Mission Hall.
Thank you to our Jr. & Sr. High Youth Group “Crew” and their wonderful Leaders who will be running food sales on Saturday of the event.
