Mission del Sol Presbyterian Church is a progressive, mission oriented organization located in Tempe Arizona. We are currently looking for a Financial Secretary to join our staff and assume responsibility for the preparation and control of the financial processes at the church.
The individual will maintain records for donations, complete a General Ledger process on a periodic basis and support payroll and disbursement processes in support of the ministry at the Church. The individual will ideally have experience of the processes to support the church’s financial requirements, have experience and appropriate computer and related software skills and have the interpersonal skills to support and work with the other members of staff, the members of the congregation and other third parties that are essential to Mission del Sol.
This will be a part-time position with hours required being between ten to fifteen hours per week. Remuneration will be on an hourly basis, with payment being in the range of $18/$19 per hour.
